Craftsmanship and Quality
Every canvas is handmade to precise specifications, ensuring a superior painting experience for artists. We start with top-grade cotton duck, grown and woven in India. This fabric is then coated with three layers of professional-grade, acid-free gesso, with careful sanding between each layer to create a smooth, luxurious surface with the ideal texture for painting.
Sturdy and Reliable Construction
The primed fabric is expertly stretched around solid wood stretcher bars, which are kiln-dried to prevent warping and ensure long-term stability. Our canvases come in two stretching options: Hand-Splined and Back-Stapled.
Hand-Splined
This method uses minimal staples and no bulky corner folds. A rubber gasket holds the fabric in place neatly. These canvases hang tight to the wall, making them a favorite among artists who prefer to display their work unframed.
